Terms of
Service
These terms govern your use of the Drop Zone Print website and any custom printing work you commission from us directly. Purchases made through our Etsy storefront are additionally governed by Etsy’s own policies. If you don’t agree with what’s below, don’t use the site.
Who we are
Drop Zone Print is a veteran-owned made-to-order 3D printing business operated by Pico Duarte Holdings LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Drop Zone Print; “you” means the person using the site or placing an order. You can reach us at support@dropzoneprint.com.
This site is informational
No transaction happens here. This site has no shopping cart and takes no payment. Every product link sends you to our Etsy storefront, and every order placed there is a contract between you and us subject to Etsy’s Terms of Use, payment processing and buyer protection policies. Custom work is quoted and arranged over email.
Made-to-order products
Nothing is held in stock. Every part is printed after the order is placed, which means production time is added to shipping time and listed lead times are estimates, not guarantees. 3D printed parts carry visible layer lines and minor variation in color, finish and dimension between runs. That is a property of the process, not a defect. Colors shown on screen will not match the finished part exactly.
Custom work and your files
When you send us a sketch, photo, drawing or 3D file, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to use it for the sole purpose of quoting, printing and shipping your order, and we will not sell, publish or reuse your design for another customer without written permission. We may photograph finished work for our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You confirm that you have the right to have the item made. Do not send us anything you don’t own or aren’t licensed to reproduce, including copyrighted models, trademarked logos, unit insignia you are not authorized to use, or currency and government seals. If a rights holder contacts us, we will stop production.
Work we decline
We reserve the right to refuse any request, for any reason, before production begins. We will always decline firearm components and regulated weapon parts, anything designed to defeat a safety device or a lock, counterfeit or replica branded goods, and anything unlawful under federal or Florida law. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
Returns, damage and cancellations
If a catalogue item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund it. Because every piece is produced on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind on custom orders, and a custom order can only be cancelled before printing starts. Full return terms for catalogue purchases follow the policy published on our Etsy listing.
Intended use and safety
Our products are sold for general consumer, hobby and organizational use. They are not certified for load-bearing, structural, medical, aerospace, automotive, life-safety or firearm applications, and must not be used in any situation where failure could cause injury. Printed plastics soften with heat and degrade with prolonged UV exposure. Small parts are a choking hazard and are not intended for children under three.
Our brand and content
The Drop Zone Print name, parachute mark, wordmark, product designs, photography and site copy are our property or licensed to us. Buying a printed part does not transfer any rights in the underlying design. You may not resell, reproduce or create derivative works from our original designs, or use our marks in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement, without written permission.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida. We may update these terms at any time; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Ask before you order.
If anything here is unclear, or you need a written quote with terms attached, email us and a person will answer.
