Who controls your data

Drop Zone Print, operated by Pico Duarte Holdings LLC, is the controller of any personal information described here. Questions, requests and deletion demands go to support@dropzoneprint.com and are handled by a person, not a ticket queue.

What we collect

Only what you hand us:

• Drop list email. The address you type into the drop-list field. That form opens a draft in your own mail app — nothing is transmitted to us until you press send.
• Correspondence. Your email address, name, and anything you choose to include when you write to us: reference photos, sketches, 3D files, dimensions, a shipping address for a quote.
• Order details. For Etsy purchases, the name, address and order contents Etsy passes to us so we can print and ship the item.

We never see or store your payment card. Etsy processes all payments.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and carries no advertising or social tracking pixels. It is a static page. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request and your IP address in the ordinary course of serving the file; because the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub logs the same basic request data. Neither is used by us to profile you.

Why we use it

To quote your custom job, print it, ship it, answer your questions, resolve a problem with an order, and — if you joined the drop list — send occasional notice of a new collection or a sold-out run. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing to anyone who didn’t ask for it.

Who else touches it

A short list, and only what each one needs: Etsy for the storefront, checkout and order records; our email provider for correspondence; USPS or the carrier for the shipping label. Links to Instagram, TikTok and Etsy leave this site — once you follow one, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Custom design files are kept for two years so we can reprint or repair your piece, then deleted — ask sooner and we’ll delete them sooner. Drop-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one reply away.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email us and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. We respond within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

Security and children

We keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available to a shop this size, and we use reputable providers with encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please don’t email us anything you would not want read. This site and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, a newsletter platform, or a real checkout, this page changes first and the effective date at the top moves with it. Material changes affecting people already on the drop list will be sent by email.
